  • I trained with YogaBirth, which offers the most in-depth prenatal yoga training there is. I am deeply passionate about yoga and the rite of passage of childbirth and how they can intertwine. I only teach perinatal yoga as I feel this is the space that I have the most to offer.

  • You decide when you feel ready to come to class. Many teachers recommend from 12 weeks for pregnancy, due to the increased chance of miscarriage during this time.

    Postnatally - Listen to your body. 6-8 weeks is a starting guide. Ensure you’ve had your GP check and talked through any concerns with them.

  • The yoga I teach is suitable for complete beginners. The focus is on turning inward and connecting with your body and your breath - no forcing, pushing or judegment.
