I trained with YogaBirth, which offers the most in-depth prenatal yoga training there is. I am deeply passionate about yoga and the rite of passage of childbirth and how they can intertwine. I only teach perinatal yoga as I feel this is the space that I have the most to offer.

You decide when you feel ready to come to class. Many teachers recommend from 12 weeks for pregnancy, due to the increased chance of miscarriage during this time.
Postnatally - Listen to your body. 6-8 weeks is a starting guide. Ensure you’ve had your GP check and talked through any concerns with them.

The yoga I teach is suitable for complete beginners. The focus is on turning inward and connecting with your body and your breath - no forcing, pushing or judegment.
