Pregnancy Yoga Classes

Wednesdays, 7.30pm - 9pm, Eastney Community Centre

One hour of yoga and relaxation, followed by half an hour tea, chat and antenatal education.

An opportunity to turn inwards, focus on your changing body, growing baby, and prepare for your birth.

Trial: £10, Pay As You Go: £16, Block book: £52 - 4 sessions to be used in 5 weeks.

Postnatal Yoga Classes

Thursdays, 10am - 11.30am, Eastney Community Centre

One hour of yoga and relaxation, with babies along for the ride. Followed by half an hour tea and chat time.

Tend to the aches and pains of new motherhood/parenthood in a friendly and supportive environment, and watch as the mind unwinds too.

Trial: £10, Pay As You Go: £15, Block book: £48 - 4 sessions to be used in 5 weeks.

One to One

Pregnancy Yoga and Birth Preparation:

Tailored private sessions to meet your individual needs. Support for you on your birth journey, whatever mode of birth you are planning. Working one to one allows us to directly address your specific physical and emotional needs, including aches and pains or level activity you want from your practice. Active birthing positions can be included if that is within your plan. Relaxation, visualisations, affirmations and breathing practices with pinpoint focus on your personal birth preferences and any fears or emotional blocks you want to work through.

Postnatal Recovery through yoga:

Heal, reconnect and rebuild after childbirth with dedicated one to one support. Understand how to engage your pelvic floor, core muscles and breath so that everything is working together in co-ordination, allowing you to live life to the fullest. Time and space that is protected for you, which will also support with nervous system regulation and emotional release through breathing, movement and relaxation.

If you are experiencing challenges such as incontinence or diastasis recti, 1:1 postnatal yoga is an excellent complimentary practice to aid recovery.

Her relaxed and informal approach to the usual chaos of bringing a baby to a yoga class are ideal, and I was appreciative of the entertainment she provided my little one whilst I did some exercises targeted specifically to postpartum.
